Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth Technology Sales to lead and accelerate our Growth Technologies business in our Asean & Korea region. This role will have strategic ownership of solutions including SASE, Cloud Security, Web Application & API Security (WAAP), Email & Collaboration Security, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and any emerging technologies identified as part of the Growth Technology portfolio.
This role is sales-focused and will lead a team responsible for driving revenue, market penetration, and adoption of these emerging technologies. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with the country leadership, product specialists, and broader sales organization to achieve aggressive growth objectives

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Growth Execution
- Own and deliver the revenue and growth targets for all Growth Technology solutions (SASE, Cloud Security, WAAP, ERM, Email & Collaboration Security) in Asean & Korea
- Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Build and manage a high-performing Growth Technology Sales team, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Drive pipeline generation through direct sales engagement, channel enablement, and marketing alignment.
- Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to position Check Point as a strategic security partner.
- Deliver compelling value-based proposals and business cases that resonate with customer priorities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging customer needs to shape sales plays.
- Partner with regional and local sales leaders, sales engineering, marketing, and channel teams to scale growth technology adoption.
- Work closely with product and solution specialists to deliver impactful customer presentations, demos, and executive briefings.
- Drive alignment with global product and marketing teams to ensure Japan’s needs are represented in strategy and planning.
- Develop accurate forecasts and growth plans, and report performance against KPIs.
- Monitor and manage sales performance metrics, win rates, and pipeline coverage for growth technologies.
- Ensure operational excellence in deal execution and adherence to governance standards.
- 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales, including at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth sales teams and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of emerging security domains, including SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, WAAP, and Email Security.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technology into business value.
- Experience in driving pipeline generation, complex deal negotiation, and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with the Asean & Korea market, including customer dynamics and channel ecosystems.
