Identify and develop new business opportunities while leveraging a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, market position, and competitive landscape to ensure alignment with its goals and vision.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, market position, and competitive landscape.
Drive sales growth, business expansion, strategic partnerships, and increased profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to optimize performance, implementing changes where needed.
Assist customers and third-party partners in exploring new opportunities.
Manage key client relationships while developing new ones.
Expand the company’s profile and market reach.
Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management teams.
Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to boost lead generation and market share.
Build cross-functional teams to support sustainable, long-term growth.
Monitor emerging markets and industry trends.
Identify and recommend new services and strategic partnerships.
Shape long-term company objectives and determine strategies to achieve them.
Research and explore new markets.
Provide insights on product development, distribution, and promotional strategies.
Conduct webinars and presentations to enhance brand or product visibility.
Travel to customer locations, distribution centers, and other sites as required.
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in sales or business development.
3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong relationship management skills.
Proven leadership, management, and mentoring abilities.
Strategic planning expertise.
In-depth knowledge of products and industry sectors.
Financial and business acumen.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with diverse audiences, including clients, partners, vendors, and media.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with relevant technology and platforms.
Strong research and analytical capabilities.
Interpersonal and customer service skills.
Visionary, big-picture thinking.
Experience in lead generation and management.
Quick learner with enthusiasm and sincerity.
