Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Analytics and Attribution

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years in management consulting, business operations, strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 4 years with an advanced degree
Experience with Google Analytics or related analytics solutions and digital attribution
Experience working with marketers, advertisers, or agencies
Preferred Skills
Stakeholder management and collaboration with executives
Designing and delivering cross-functional programs
Relationship management, conflict navigation, persuasion skills
Problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong communication and presentation skills
About the Role
The Business Strategy & Operations team provides critical insights through analytics, ensures goal alignment, and drives strategic initiatives. The team focuses on aligning company priorities with daily operations and evolving early-stage ideas into growth initiatives.
The team is responsible for go-to-market strategy, prioritization, resource allocation, and commercialization of Ads products, including building infrastructure and supporting execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Google Analytics and Attribution expert for the region
Develop and execute strategies to promote adoption among advertisers and partners in APAC
Collaborate with global teams to achieve business and product goals
Design and implement regional activation programs
Influence leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth and remove systemic barriers
