
Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and resourceful Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring efforts across our gaming business. This role will be the go-to recruitment partner for leadership, owning the end-to-end hiring cycle for key positions spanning game development, creative, publishing, operations, and corporate functions. As an individual contributor, you will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent in a competitive global gaming market.
Responsibilities- Strategic Talent Partnering
- Work closely with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
- Build tailored talent strategies for high-impact and niche gaming roles, balancing speed and quality of hire.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and talent mapping to guide leadership decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing coordination, salary benchmarking, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's gaming culture and opportunities to external talent.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage.
- Sourcing & Market Insights
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: headhunting, gaming communities, industry events, social platforms, and networks.
- Stay current with gaming talent market trends, including compensation benchmarks and emerging role demands.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical roles in Singapore and globally.
- Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with fair employment practices, MOM/TAFEP guidelines (for Singapore), and global labour regulations.
- Partner with external agencies when needed to supplement direct sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within gaming, technology, or creative industries.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for niche and senior roles (game design, animation, engineering, UA, publishing).
- Strong sourcing expertise with direct headhunting capability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like gaming environment.
