As a
Senior OCM Consultant

In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers' IT and automation strategies. You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.
You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet evolving IT and business needs. You will identify areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted.

Who You Are
You are experienced in change management and have a growth mindset, customer focus, and an inclusive approach to working with others.
Responsibilities
Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
Identify and address potential resistance to change.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of technology consulting.
Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering training programs.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG).
Optional Qualifications
Master's degree in organizational Change Management or related field.
Process design expertise.
Experience with digital communication and training tools.
Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
