Job Title: Building Information Modeller

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings (ACMV) for project construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed shop drawings (ACMV) for project construction
  • Ensure timely submission of shop drawings to the client
  • Resolve drawing discrepancies (e.g clashes)
  • Prepare as-built drawings for project completion

Requirements:

  • BIM certificate or diploma is an added advantage

Tell us about your skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of construction and modeling
  • Familiarity with BIM, shop drawing, drawing, data integration, 3D, statistics, and AutoCAD

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
