Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality building information models (BIMs) that meet project requirements. This involves working closely with the project team to deliver accurate and detailed designs, ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software such as Revit, Microstation, and AECOsim.
  • Develop visualizations and shop drawings to support construction works, including quantity take-off, logistics, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Extract key data from project models for quantity take-off, logistics, and other purposes.
  • Prepare design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.
  • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of works.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings for discrepancies.
  • Identify areas of concern with design intent.
  • Familiarity with architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements.
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microstation, AECOsim, AutoCAD.
