Overview The focus of the A*STAR Institute for Human Development and Potential (A*STAR IHDP) is research to improve the health and well-being of Singaporeans across the life course. We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable full-time Postdoctoral Fellow for the project at A*STAR IHDP. The candidate should have expertise in family, children and youth development and have a social science background. Responsibilities Contribute to the project on family, children and youth development with a social science background. Conduct and manage longitudinal survey operations. Apply advanced quantitative research methods. Publish findings in relevant research areas. Communicate effectively in writing and speech. Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications A Ph.D. degree in a Social Sciences discipline from a recognized university. Research expertise in topics related to trends and changes in child and youth development. Experience with survey operations in longitudinal studies. Advanced quantitative research skills. Publication record in areas related to the above-specified research areas. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
