**The Talent Development Manager** reports to the Group Head of Human Capital and is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies to develop employees' skills and knowledge within the organization.

The Talent Development Manager is an ambassador and fully embraces our ethos, supports staff, member and guest experience by implementing a holistic career development program that fosters a culture of professional growth and continuous learning.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
PEOPLE & CULTURE
- Support the implementation of cultural transformation across all functions in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
- Develop and integrate Career Development Programs designed to attract the highest calibre of talent.
- Create a high-performance culture by empowering the team through continuous learning.
- Nurture and foster the next generation of leaders within the organization.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Oversee any Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and relevant vendors engaged by the company.
- Drive the Culture KPIs of the Sustainability Learning Program.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs through the implementation of detailed SOPs.
- Develop partnerships with training vendors to support the design and implementation of any local programs.
- Submit M&E Reports on launched training programs.

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
- Lead and manage projects and sessions related to Talend Development and the Organization both locally and globally.
- Identify the areas of opportunities in the organization, generate and implement necessary action plans for improvement and

better workplace for the employees.
- Plan and lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives considering the organization needs and changes. (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion).

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE
- 8 years + HR related experiences AS Talent Acquisition/L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar.
- Experience working across multiple markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g. CPLP)
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS
