Job Description:

  • A logistics and supply chain solutions provider seeks a sales professional to drive strategic growth and strengthen client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics sector, particularly in Chemical and FMCG verticals. They will develop and execute sales strategies, set objectives aligned with company goals, forecast revenue and profitability, and analyze market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Set short- and long-term sales objectives
  • Forecast and manage annual sales quotas, revenue, and profitability
  • Identify and acquire new customers
  • Analyze logistics lanes for competitiveness
  • Conduct financial analyses
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Oversee sales team performance
  • Prepare reports and business updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Preferably with 3PL background, specializing in Chemical and FMCG verticals
  • In-depth knowledge of contract logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and freight services
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales planning, contract negotiation, and feasibility assessments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Willingness to travel
