Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Professional

This role involves overseeing the maintenance of equipment, buildings, and facilities to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience in logistics and manufacturing.

About the Role

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee building maintenance, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Inventory and Spare Parts Optimization: Manage spare parts inventory and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance: Develop and implement programs to enhance equipment uptime and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in logistics and/or manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license.
