As a key member of our team, the Travel Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of travel plans for various stakeholders. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support logistics arrangements for Fams, including planning, coordination, and execution of travel itineraries.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Adhere to financial processes and procurement guidelines, including cutting Purchase Orders and processing invoices.
- Develop and maintain databases and reports, such as the Weekly Fams Report and Vendor Tracking Report.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Requirements Summary:
Education:
Minimally 'O' Level Qualifications or equivalent.
Job Grade:
Meet requirements commensurate with SO-level positions in the Singapore Government Service.
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements.
Language:
Fluency in at least one language (English if monolingual).
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills:
Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and communication skills, and perform in stressful environments.
Personal Qualities:
Display integrity, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
