General Summary of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day travel operations.
  • Handle FIT and Group bookings from end-to-end: enquiry to quotation, booking, follow-up arrangements, and travel coordination until guest departure.
  • Ensure smooth tour operations according to established itineraries.

Specific Job Requirements
Provide travel services and support to travel agents, clients, and guests (collectively known as Asler Travel’s "customers").

  • Respond to customers’ email, WhatsApp, and phone enquiries with hotel/tour suggestions and quotations.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, transportation) for better rates and conditions.
  • Provide information on travel requirements.
  • Assist with customer requests and handle them appropriately.
  • Place bookings with hotels, restaurants, transportation, and provide confirmation to customers.
  • Reconfirm bookings nearing deadlines and follow up on payments.
  • Update bookings and rates (hotels, attraction tickets, transportation) in shared Excel spreadsheets.
  • Book and print attraction tickets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including tour guide briefings and hotel assistance if necessary, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Data entry for monthly pax reports.
  • Prepare invoices for customers and hotel commissions.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.
