Ensure workers have a harmonious working environment and promote a Health and Safety culture within the business.
Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure workshop facilities/equipment service schedules are up to date.
Track and ensure on-time vehicle deliveries to customers.
Track and monitor all warranty claims submission and payments to distributors.
Manage staff performance and career advancement plans.
Coordinate inter-departmental matters.
Provide technical support to distributors and fleet customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission.
Qualification & Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Engineering/Automotive.
Full-Time.
