- Ensure Operational support matters are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Prioritising workshop resources to optimally meet business demands.
- Working closely with team members to assist win and retain client business.

**Requirements**:

- Great leadership skills managing a similar size team
- Experience with offshore operations
- Good technical knowledge in offshore equipment
- Manage the Workshop Delivery teams (Goods In, Out, Repairs, Cal, Tooling, NDT, Stores and Logistics), ensuring objectives and KPIs are understood, cascaded to each team, andperformance-managed.
- Ensure overtime is effectively utilised and Workshop team members individually contribute tothe overtime workload.
- Maintain showcase workshop and annex standards, and ensure no backlog of Inspection andRepairs is allowed to exist.
