**Job Purpose**:The Workshop Service Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the workshop and manage mobile service engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient maintenance and repair of refuse trucks. This role includes coordinating after-hours and weekend assignments, managing team overtime, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Coordinator will also be responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, and waste collection equipment. This position offers growth opportunities within the heavy-duty machinery sector, with ongoing training to develop both technical and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the scheduling and management of maintenance and repair tasks for refuse trucks.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
- Plan and dispatch mobile service engineers for emergency repairs or after-hours service needs.
- Manage and track team overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor both workshop and mobile service performance, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts inventory, job logs, and customer interactions.
- Assist the Aftersales Manager in addressing customer concerns and issues.
- Support technicians by assisting in diagnosing technical problems and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete jobs efficiently.

**Required Skills and Attributes**:

- Ability to plan and manage emergency breakdowns after hours and on weekends, primarily via WhatsApp.
- Strong commitment to working in a growing company and taking responsibility as part of the team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively schedule and allocate resources.
