- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the Indonesia retail lending customer base, product offerings, and value proposition.
- Develop and drive effective campaigns to increase activation, loan take-ups, and drawdowns.
- Propose improvements based on data and/or customer feedback to enhance existing product proposition, portfolio performance, product features, and user experience.
- Support business development and product-related initiatives, including conceptualization of new product design and participation in user testing.
- Assist in addressing customer or product-related queries related to retail loans and credit risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with risk and governance controls, regulator regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, new products & features, and technologies related to retail lending.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience; experience in fintech or banking is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Good understanding of retail financing requirements.
- Familiarity with credit underwriting standards and risk mitigation strategies in retail lending.
- Ability to work well with ambiguity, be self-driven, and manage projects effectively with a mindset of continuous improvement; capable of working independently or within a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on results.
