Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end user computing, with expertise in desktop engineering and management. This role requires the ability to deploy, configure, and manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, operating system deployment, and patch management.

The successful candidate will also have experience in monitoring SCCM infrastructure for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Additionally, they should be able to develop and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, configurations, and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT and 5-7 years' experience in end user computing and desktop engineering role within a related industry.
  • Strong technical skills, especially in areas related to end user computing including desktop, Microsoft Office O365, MDM/Intune, SCCM, application packaging, Windows GPOs, Windows AD & Infrastructure domains.
  • Experience in developing reporting dashboards for hardware asset management.
  • Added advantage if possessed knowledge in endpoint compliance and security controls. Experience in implementing and managing end-point security products.
  • Excellent analytical skill with proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, multitask while delivering high-quality solutions.
