Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Local & Regional Marketing Strategy
Lead and execute the marketing strategy to enhance Tenity’s brand visibility and impact in Singapore and APAC.
Localize European/global brand campaigns and initiatives to fit regional markets.
Develop and implement regional-focused campaigns and initiatives.
Manage Singapore and APAC-specific messaging to align with local market needs.
Define local marketing KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign Delivery for Partner Programs
Develop comprehensive communication plans for partner programs in the region.
Coordinate with program managers and clients to ensure campaign success.
Collaborate with the Tenity global team to create branding and visual assets as needed.
Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional strategies with global objectives and contribute to global marketing initiatives.
Act as the primary contact for marketing activities in Singapore and APAC.
Foster strong relationships with local ecosystem players, media, and partners.
Actively manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.
Your Profile
Musts
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Min 3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand and regional campaign management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience localizing global marketing campaigns for regional audiences.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice add ons
Experience working in the tech or startup ecosystem.
Established network within the APAC ecosystem and media.
Familiarity with open innovation and fintech concepts.
Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional APAC language is a plus.
