Job Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests and services.
Provide information to guests about the property and local area amenities, including events and activities.
Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
Monitor the club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Develop positive relationships with team members and support team goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific certifications needed.
