Job Title: Guest Experience Expert

Job Description:

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include guiding front office and rooms division teams, ensuring the lobby area is immaculate and public spaces are well-maintained.

Key tasks include receiving VIP guests at airports for arrivals and departures, being familiar with hotel operating systems, providing recommendations to improve services and reduce costs, managing short-term and long-term storage effectively, and following up on assigned tasks by superiors.

Furthermore, you will be expected to understand local tourism culture and city profile to provide considerate service to guests, and carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
