Job Description: Director – Business Development at ORMAE
ORMAE is seeking an aggressive
Director – Business Development
to lead our high-performing BD team. You will play a key role in client acquisition (hunting for new logos) and revenue growth, generating high-quality leads through well-researched calling and targeted email marketing, primarily targeting Fortune 500 companies across the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Singapore, Australia, India, and other regions.

What We Are Looking For:
Self-motivated Business Development ambassador capable of leading a team and delivering measurable success.
7+ years of experience in selling Supply Chain Management, optimization services, operations research, or analytics as a service, with previous experience in analytics/IT services/related consulting industries, and exposure to SCM domain.
Experience in markets such as US, Canada, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Australia, and India.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for planning, generating new leads, and nurturing existing customers. Key tasks include identifying new markets for expansion with penetrating strategies, creating compelling sales pitches and presentation materials (proficient in PPT, MS Excel, Canva).
