Work Scope of a Junior Sous Chef
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standards.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Assist with menu planning and new dish development.
Kitchen Supervision
Oversee the kitchen team during the absence of Head Chef.
Monitor kitchen workflow and delegate tasks to cooks and other junior staff.
Ensure all stations are prepped and running smoothly.
