Job Title: Operations Role

Overview:

We are seeking a professional to support the rollout of new products and provide input from an operations perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in product meetings and contribute to discussions from an operational viewpoint.
  • Assist in gathering and defining business requirements to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop UAT plans, participate in testing, and review results for approval.
  • Help prepare and deliver training materials for teams involved in handling new products.
  • Monitor product launches to ensure a smooth implementation and address any post-launch issues.
  • Update documentation and guidelines to reflect changes introduced by new products.
