You should provide consistently excellent customer service and ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied throughout the visit. To be knowledgeable in all service techniques. To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily. To ensure the proper set-up of tables and to make sure that all cutlery, silverware, glassware and chinaware are spotlessly clean and neatly laid out. To be familiar with all items on the menu.
