Whether you're behind the bar pulling the perfect shot, or leading the floor with warm hospitality, you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in creating memorable café experiences — one cup, one guest at a time.


What You'll Be Doing

As a Flexi Barista:

  • Craft quality coffee with care and consistency, from espresso shots to latte art.
  • Share your coffee knowledge and passion with guests and teammates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring smooth café operations.
  • Support service flow and collaborate with the front-of-house team during peak hours.

As a Flexi Service Captain:

  • Lead and support the service team to deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
  • Create a welcoming café environment and build meaningful guest connections.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Handle guest feedback with confidence and positivity.

What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred.
  • A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
  • Genuine love for coffee, food, and creating great experiences.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating schedules, weekends, or peak hours.
  • A positive attitude — because good vibes are as important as good coffee
