Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with strategically important overseas Customers, Manufacturers/Suppliers.
Solicit production sales orders from Customers to meet annual KPI and sales targets.
Promote and market our manufacturing services to the Semiconductor industries as an Outsource Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) and chip packaging provider.
Develop and formulate business development strategies that focus on business expansion.
Network with customers and strategic partners to foster relationships that will assure the delivery of the sales order target and future growth as declared in the business plan.
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Seek out new potential partners and customers.
Plan, organize, and coordinate engagement programs and visits with strategic and key customers for Senior Management.
Drive related marketing activities, including organizing and coordinating with internal staff and external personnel in showcasing our manufacturing services and capabilities in major international trade exhibitions.
Gather intelligence and requirements to initiate project proposals and formulate potential businesses.
Qualities We Value
Degree in an Engineering field.
Proven sales experience in OSAT and chip packaging manufacturing domain is cardinal.
Familiar with semiconductor industry, packaging trends, and manufacturing processes (preferably back-end).
Possess a good network of customer sales, especially with major semiconductor packaging, assembly, design, and test houses.
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively within the sales team and with other stakeholders (e.g., project managers, engineers).
Ability to travel internationally.
Working location is in Ang Mo Kio.
