1. Job Purpose
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes, and learning & growth perspectives.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Operations
Manage service point operations assigned.
Primary responsibility is for daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative, and operational matters, and partnering with the Centre Manager and doctors/allied health to solve system and process issues.
Perform data collation and analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement.
Manage a team of service associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service
Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals to implement strategies and initiatives to enhance work processes and service quality.
Participate in the planning and execution of proposals and activities aimed at achieving operational excellence.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to service delivery.
Business Management
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service and operations.
Responsible for achieving the volume and financial targets for the clinical services assigned and developing and carrying out business plans in conjunction with the clinical heads of departments/divisions to ensure that goals are reached.
Scope of business management includes annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads of departments/divisions, and development of new services.
Responsible for procuring and managing logistics needs for business.
2.2 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
Disseminate and implement hospital's policies & procedures.
Ensure Policy & Procedures are current.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
