Roles & Responsibilities

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our senior management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy handling diverse tasks with efficiency and discretion, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
1.Manage phone calls, messages, emails, and incoming correspondence.
2.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for management.
3.Welcome office guests and arrange catering when required.
4.Handle travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and expenses.
5.Conduct research and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
6.Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring key issues are addressed efficiently.
7.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
8.Provide general administrative support, including document processing, printing, scanning, and courier services.
9.Handle confidential and strategic information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:
1.Strong communication skills in English.
2.Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
3.Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5.Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
6.3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
7.Flexibility to handle urgent requests, including travel arrangements, outside regular hours.
8.Immediate availability is a plus.
