Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced barbeque environment, taking orders, handling cash, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash transactions with a high level of integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a barbeque or food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • 6 days per week, with rotating shifts.
  • 1 staff meal provided per shift.
  • Off day not fixed.
  • Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Minimum 8 hours and 45 minutes per day with a 45-minute break time.
  • 14 days Annual Leave and 1 Birthday Leave.
  • 13th Month Bonus and 2 Variable Bonuses based on performance.
