**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, season, barbecue and grill pork, beef, chicken and other types of meat using hot burner or oven
- Plan and execute daily production and merchandising of barbecue and grilled items
- Work with Head Chef to achieve the sales, presentation and customer service goals established for the department
- Plan and develop meus with Head Chef to expand the barbecue and grilled items
- Experiment and adapt to new cooking methods and product trends, and to incorporate these methods and trends into new recipes and menus
- Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved
- Supervise and coordinate activities of barbeque cooks engaged in food preparation
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance in standards and regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

**Requirements**:

- Experience in food manufacturing warehouse is preferred
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- 6 days’ work week
- Pleasant personality and team player
