Job Overview:

Our team is seeking a skilled Service Crew to fill the role of Barbeque Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced barbeque environment, taking orders, handling cash, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve Food and Beverages: Ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take Orders Accurately: Take orders from customers with a high level of accuracy and handle cash transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with Dishwashing and Cleaning: Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a barbeque or food service environment is an asset.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 10kg and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Working Conditions:
  • Shifts: 6 days per week, with rotating shifts.
  • Staff Meals: 1 staff meal provided per shift.
  • Days Off: Days off not fixed.
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Hours: Minimum 8 hours and 45 minutes per day with a 45-minute break time.
  • Annual Leave: 14 days Annual Leave and 1 Birthday Leave.
  • Bonuses: 13th Month Bonus and 2 Variable Bonuses based on performance.
