Job Title:
Team Member - Production Operations
We are seeking a skilled Team Member to join our production operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
  • To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
  • To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
  • To perform product weight check for every tray
  • To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
  • To assist other team members to meet daily production target
  • To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
  • Ensure the puff was properly stored at the right temperature
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a production environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
