As a Senior Data & AI Solution Lead for APAC you will :

• Lead customer engagements by designing and presenting AI solution architectures and business outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Provide deep Generative AI expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting PoCs, solution sizing, and adoption for new and existing customers (especially APAC-specific use cases and scenarios).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and leading escalations to ensure customer success.
• Drive internal and external technical enablement by exploring new technologies, developing educational materials, and sharing best practices.
• Influence product roadmap by translating customer feedback and APAC-specific requirements into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams.
• Act as a Cloudera evangelist, participating in community activities, speaking at events, and contributing to knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to align on customer success and product vision.

We'll be excited about you if you have:

• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, including MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow) and various ML architectures (e.g., deep learning).
• Hands-on expertise with leading ML programming frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and TensorFlow.
• Strong background in architecting production AI/ML deployments, considering infrastructure, security, and networking in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and MVPs that lead to successful production deployments.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and tool integration.
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences from engineers to senior executives.
• Ability to analyze customer workloads and define technical migration roadmaps tailored to their specific needs.

You may also have:

• Prior experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Expertise in operationalizing ML workflows using modern MLOps practices across cloud or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Cloudera's AI and data platform components (e.g., Cloudera AI/CML, CDP Data Services, SDX).
• Applied experience with AI/ML services on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant tools (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Relevant technical ML certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Working knowledge of the open-source data and ML ecosystem (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Impala).
• Exposure to GPU-accelerated computing for deep learning and generative AI applications.
