**Job Description**:
Overview:
We are seeking a Data Intern with Data Visualisation, Python, JavaScript, and SQL skills to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards. As an Intern, you will work closely with our in-house senior consultants & business stakeholders to understand clients’ business requirements, design, and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, SQL, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will assist consultants to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs.
- Assist consultants to design, develop & maintain interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.
- Assist consultants to create data models, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to prepare data for visualization.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring smooth user experience. Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
- Demonstrate agility in acquiring additional skills necessary to support various projects as needed. Shadow and support the project excellence managers in driving delivery and providing visibility of progress of data projects and initiatives.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations.
- Support the creation of automation rules in driving efficiency in data quality assurance processes.
- Support in the implementation of analytics tracking tags
- Support in building of data pipelines, integrate datasets across systems and sources, orchestrate data flows across various cloud platforms
- Contribute to the development of content and articles that builds thought leadership for the company

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing Diploma in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or related field and above.
- Hands-on with Python, Javascript & SQL. Experience with SQL and database technologies for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep Builder.
- Good understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Preferred but not a must: Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, or Tableau Desktop Certified Professional
