Spot Growth Specialist
to spearhead the expansion of its spot trading market. This role involves identifying product opportunities, developing strategic roadmaps, and collaborating across business units to optimize results for Binance's spot trading users.
As a
Spot Growth Specialist , your responsibilities will include planning business growth, optimizing products and tools, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with various teams to enhance spot trading activities. If you are passionate about the

Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth:
Expand Binance’s
spot trading market
share by identifying new product opportunities and innovations.
Strategy Planning:
Analyze industry trends and retail user needs to develop a
growth roadmap , working with key stakeholders.
KPI Definition and Tracking:
Utilize
data analysis
to establish, monitor, and enhance KPIs, deriving insights for performance improvements.
Product and Tool Optimization:
Lead
product enhancements
and tooling initiatives to meet business objectives.
Cross-BU Alignment:
Collaborate with other
business units
to ensure alignment and success in spot trading and user growth initiatives.
Requirements
Experience:
5-8 years in the
financial
or
crypto industry , focusing on
growth
of products or services.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
blockchain
and the
Web3
landscape, especially from a
retail
perspective.
Community Engagement:
Experience engaging with communities to gather feedback and foster user growth.
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work with
product
and
tech teams
to develop new features and improvements.
Independence:
Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while guiding team members.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Driven & Quick Learner:
Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
