AscendEX is a leading global cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2018. Our core team consists of former Wall Street professionals dedicated to providing a seamless trading experience for both retail and institutional clients. We are looking for an experienced Spot Growth BD to drive the growth of our spot trading business, expand our market presence, increase trading volume, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships within the spot trading ecosystem, including institutional clients, market makers, KOLs, communities, and other industry stakeholders.
- Trading Volume Growth: Analyze market trends and data to develop and execute strategies that enhance liquidity, user engagement, and overall trading activity.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to implement growth initiatives such as trading competitions, incentive programs, and rebate mechanisms.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on crypto market trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and propose effective growth solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Blockchain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in BD roles within crypto exchanges, fintech, or quantitative trading industries, with a solid understanding of spot trading business models.
- Global market expansion experience, with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients, institutions, and liquidity providers.
- Strong data analysis and business strategy skills to drive trading volume growth based on market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain key partnerships.
- The ability to communicate effectively in international markets being a plus.
