About you Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions. Language: Advanced English. Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution‐oriented. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize. A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
