Our client is a multinational industrial player seeking an experienced Regional Talent Management Manager to lead talent management, leadership, and learning programs across the region.Some of the key responsibilities will include: Drive the recruitment process for identifying the right talent and provide comprehensive onboarding support to new hires through orientation programs Oversee the annual performance management process, support HRBPs with succession planning, implement talent retention strategies, leverage the global management excellence program, and foster a strong feedback culture. Identify training needs and utilize global L&D programs, to develop a regional training plan, working closely with HRBPs to address development needs. Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. Develop regional initiatives to enhance management capabilities and increase employee engagement, promote awareness of relevant HR practices, and facilitate discussions. To be eligible for this role you will require: Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 years' experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail Any prior coaching or training experience will be a plus.
