What Role You Will Play In Our Team We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team and drive competitive advantage through our people. You must quickly build an understanding of our business needs, employee value proposition, and translate business strategy into high‐value impact. What You Will Do Cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil's businesses and relationships with senior leaders to understand critical hiring needs. Be a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, ensuring process rigor and efficiency for attracting and acquiring the best talent. Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across multiple industries and functions. Advanced English language proficiency. Experience in independent and creative sourcing, partnering with sourcers to find the best talent. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, solution‐oriented. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, ability to prioritize. Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery. High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
