**Job Summary**:
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to join our team. **Responsibility**:
- Collaborate with the business to identify resource needs, develop resource plans, and create hiring strategies that support business objectives.
- Monitor regional recruitment activities and ensure that recruitment targets are met.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on hiring, retention, and the use of innovative sources to attract and retain talent.
- Research and document industry and market intelligence regarding the talent market, providing feedback to the business on talent trends while maintaining a strong community of talent pipelines.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 10 years of direct and substantial recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team leader role, in the region.
- Experience in recruiting sales and tech talent in the Asia Pacific region.
- Exposure to and demonstrated success in supporting sales, tech, and go-to-market teams in scaling the organization is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen and a passion for human resources, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the business.
- A high level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality is essential.
