Operations Support Role
We are seeking an Operations Support professional to join our team. As an Operations Support specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating accident matters with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Coordinating with hirers, contractors, vendors, and insurers to resolve accident cases efficiently.
  • Working closely with the settlement team to close high-liability accident cases quickly at acceptable prices.
  • Collaborating with appointed accident contractors to repair and return accident vehicles.
  • Communicating with insurers to resolve cases where possible.
  • Updating monthly claims status provided by insurers.
  • Raising third-party excess invoices for liability-down cases to clients after receiving GIA reports.
  • Providing road shows to educate clients' drivers on accident prevention and procedures.
  • Handling own damage claims with GIA reports.
  • Raising own damage excess billing to clients after vehicle repairs.
  • Notifying clients with a letter upon receipt of GIA reports.
  • Preparing weekly summaries on accident vehicles in contractors' workshops.
  • Liaising with internal workshops for accident replacements.
  • Monitoring vehicle collections after accident repairs.
  • Collaborating with contractors for daily quotations.
  • Emailing quotations to clients within 2 working days after accident assessments.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • NITEC qualification or higher is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • No prior experience required, but a Class 3 license is preferred.
  • A 5-day workweek, with potential OT on Saturdays and Sundays for driver briefing sessions (dependent on client requests).
  • Eligibility is limited to Singaporeans or SPRs only.
