As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accident-related tasks with hirers, contractors, and insurers. This includes collaborating closely with the settlement team on high-liability cases to expedite their resolution at reasonable costs.
- Coordinate accident matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, third-party/workshop, and insurers.
- Work closely with the various settlement team on high-liability accident cases to close cases quickly at acceptable prices.
- Update monthly claims status provided by insurers.
- Raise third-party excess invoice for liability down cases to client upon receipt of GIA report.
- Provide road shows to educate client's drivers on things to look out in the event of an accident.
- Handle accident own damage claim with GIA report.
- Raise own damage excess billing to client after vehicle repaired.
- Raise notification letter to client upon receipt of GIA report.
- Prepare weekly summary on accident vehicle in contractor's workshop.
- Liaise with internal workshop for accident replacement in the event of an accident.
- Monitor vehicle collection after accident repair.
- Liaise with contractor for quotation daily.
- Email quotation to client within 2 working days after accident assessment for non-accident related repairs.
