Accident Management Associate Role

Lumens Group, a leading mobility company in Singapore, founded in 2014, is seeking an Accident Management Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating reported accidents, identifying causes, and initiating the investigation process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders. Additionally, they should possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license (over 2 years) and a good driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate reported accidents, identifying causes and initiating the investigation process.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to guide hirers through the accident process.
  • Manage and prepare logging of all accident reports and documentations for smooth resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the accident management team to ensure protocol adherence.
  • Work with external stakeholders including workshops, insurance companies, and vendors.
  • Monitor vehicle movements from dealers, workshops, and hirers.

Required Skills:

  • Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license (over 2 years).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours with a good driving record.
  • Knowledge of vehicle accident and insurance procedures advantageous.
