Job Title: Accident Response Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accident Response Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating accident matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, Third party / workshop and insurers.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate accident matters with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with settlement teams to close high-liability cases quickly at acceptable prices.
  • Collaborate with appointed accident contractors to turn around accident vehicles efficiently.
  • Communicate with insurers to resolve cases where feasible.
  • Update monthly claims status provided by insurers.
  • Raise Third-party excess invoices for liability down cases to clients upon receipt of GIA reports.
  • Provide educational roadshows to inform client drivers on post-accident procedures.
  • Handle Own Damage Claims with GIA reports.
  • Raise Own Damage Excess Billing to Clients after vehicle repairs.
  • Notify clients upon receipt of GIA reports.
  • Prepare weekly summaries on accident vehicles in contractor workshops.
  • Liaise with internal workshops for accident replacement in case of an accident.
  • Monitor vehicle collection after accident repair.
  • Liaise with contractors for daily quotations.
  • Email quotations to clients within 2 working days after accident assessment for non-accident related repairs.
Requirements:
  • MS Office competency.
  • Good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • No prior experience required (training provided).
  • Class 3 License or knowledgeable in insurance claims and safe driving.
  • Will to work OT for roadshows during weekends if required (minimal).
