Let us share more detailsAbout the Role The Sales Enablement Manager sits within Product Marketing, equipping commercial teams across JAPAC with tools, messaging, and resources to clearly communicate the company's value proposition. Reports to the Senior Director, Go‐to‐Market (LA‐based). You'll Love This Role If... You thrive on translating technical concepts into clear, compelling sales stories You enjoy collaborating with cross‐functional teams across regions You're energised by fast‐moving product launches and GTM strategies You want to see your work directly impact sales outcomes and client success Role and Responsibilities Partner with regional Sales and Marketing leads to define product‐based enablement priorities. Localise and adapt messaging into actionable, sales‐ready content tailored to different markets and sales stages. Develop and maintain decks, one‐pagers, case studies, playbooks, and activation guides. Gather feedback from sales leadership and optimise enablement materials based on adoption and impact. Go‐to‐Market Support Support product and feature launches by aligning enablement deliverables with the global GTM strategy. Ensure content accurately reflects product capabilities, positioning, and value drivers. Produce visually engaging training and onboarding materials for local teams. Skills and Qualifications 4+ years in sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B marketing (adtech, media, or agency experience preferred). Experience with enablement platforms such as Showpad or Highspot. Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for sales collateral. Comfortable with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and basic reporting. Experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content production is a plus. Collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working across departments/time zones.
