**What You'll Do**:
DocuSign seeks a result-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join the Global Enablement team. In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership in the APAC region to identify, prioritise, deliver, and measure sales enablement programs designed to meet and exceed specific sales-related goals and targets. This individual will work directly with Sales & Customer Success Leadership across Enterprise, Commercial, and xDR selling segments to enable sales representatives to engage customers and prospects with differentiated, tailored, experiences designed to identify, advance, and close sales opportunities.
Enablement programs include but are not limited to; new hire onboarding, sales methodology, sales tools & systems, territory planning, account prioritisation, opportunity management, sales messaging & presentations, product readiness, close plans, negotiation, and partnering with Customer Success. This role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Customer Success Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy & Productivity organizations.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the APJ Principal Enablement Manager and is designated Flex.
**Responsibility**
- Identify and prioritise enablement requirements in the region through collaboration with Sales Leadership and individual contributors across the different segments and roles (ie: Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Renewal Managers, xDR)
- Collaborate with the APJ & Global Enablement Team to design, implement, and operationalise required enablement programs. The program format includes eLearning, webinars, and classroom-based delivery
- Build and deliver regional sales enablement programs to address needs not covered by global enablement programs, while aligning to global standards
- Manage regional sales enablement program logistics from start to finish, partnering cross-functionally
- Deliver sessions focused on key sales processes and skills such as discovery, negotiation, deal execution, territory and account planning, negotiation, deal execution, territory and account planning
- Develop a thorough understanding of the different segments you are supporting and adjust content and deliverables accordingly
- Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to the sales skills program
- Regularly meet with Regional Managers, Area VPs, and Sales Executives in our Asia region, to review enablement programs. Provide progress reports at the regional, team, and individual contributor levels
**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8+ years of SaaS sales, sales management, or solution engineering experience representing multi-product, platform, or comprehensive cloud solutions
- 2-3+ years of Sales training/coaching experience; Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations
- Sales process expertise
- Sales systems expertise (e.g. Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, Highspot)
- Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
- Experience managing programs
- Experience working on cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred**
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex issues, and develop/apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organisational understanding, decision-making, and action with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong customer and sales orientation with the ability to interpret/distil requests from the field into impactful deliverables
- Stellar internal and external collaboration and negotiation skills
- Unwavering passion, commitment, and persistence to the business, customers and technology
- Experience managing end-to-end enablement programs
- Knowledge of DocuSign solutions
