This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance. **What you’ll do**: - Create and manage sales training programs. - Design and distribute sales enablement materials such as commercial playbooks and competitive analysis. - Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. - Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team. - Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. - Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for individual team members. - Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are aligned with current campaigns and messaging. **What you can bring**: - 2+ years of experience in a quota carrying role - ideally as an Account Executive or Account Manager. - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with a complex SaaS product portfolio. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics. - Experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs. **The nice to haves**: - 1+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement or L&D role. - Experience with a smaller SaaS vendor (
