We're seeking a driven, hands-on marketer who thinks and acts like a business owner. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategies, make bold decisions, and deliver results that move the needle. From crafting go-to-market plans to running campaigns end-to-end, you'll take full ownership - budgets, timelines, outcomes. We're looking for a self-starter who treats the marketing function as if it's their own business - someone who's proactive, resourceful, and accountable for delivering results from strategy through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.
• Run it like a business: Manage budgets, timelines, and priorities with a P&L mindset, ensuring ROI for every activity.
• Lead from the front: Drive campaigns end-to-end - from market research and positioning to creative execution and performance tracking.
• Be resourceful: Identify opportunities, solve problems, and adapt quickly without waiting for instruction.
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner with sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Data-driven decisions: Use analytics and insights to refine strategies and deliver better outcomes.
Your Impact
As a trusted leader and subject matter expert, you will:
  • Strategic Advisory: Generate plans for countries including: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build trusted relationships with key partners, customers and prospects through marketing campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish Anaplan at industry events, in thought leadership opportunities, and through social media.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing marketing programs with measurable success - 10+ years in Field Marketing roles
  • Experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing required; SaaS/on-demand software experience highly desired.
