As LivePerson’s Field Marketing Manager - Asia, you will be responsible for supporting the regional strategy and independently executing field marketing campaigns intended to drive new customer growth in Asia.
You will help develop and deliver on the marketing strategy in Asia which will require you to be aligned with the overarching global marketing strategy, product roadmaps, business priorities and LivePerson’s vision.
Reporting to the Marketing Director - APAC, you will work closely with the field marketing team and manage the account-based marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities for the sales teams to close.
This will largely include collaborating with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, promote and execute virtual and in-person events.
You will:
- Drive the execution of field marketing programs
- Lead events end-to-end to ensure their success and ultimately ROI
- Work with top customer advocates and other key stakeholders to develop valuable content including case studies, testimonials, articles etc.
- Regularly collaborate with sales leaders and client partners to drive account-based marketing efforts to support sales opportunities to close
- Adhere to regional budget and create data-driven program insights to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determine ROI
- Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within Asia and ideally in a field marketing capacity
- Experience in executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation systems/tools such as Marketo and Outreach would be advantageous
- Ability to report on and analyze program metrics and ROI
- Strong content writing skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Highly organized, ideas-driven and commercially-minded
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field
